She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts Administration degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Victoria is a committed advocate for equitable access to resources and opportunities. She serves as the Advisory Council Chair for Texas Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, a nonprofit organization providing vital support to grandparents raising grandchildren.
